Due to the nature of our product, we get asked lots of questions all the time, so below details some of our Frequently Asked Questions. If these don't answer your question, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to help!
How long does this item take to arrive?
We dispatch items 2 times a week, Mondays and Thursdays, all items placed up until 12 o'clock on that day will go unless there is a reason for delays (images have been sent, address is wrong etc). You item should arrive within 1-2 working days of your order being dispatched, for UK address.
For example: Say you ordered on Saturday, your item will be processed and made on Monday as well as being dispatched that day too. It should then be with you by Wednesday.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your item to arrive. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can I get the item faster?
We will do our best to dispatch items as fast as possible, if you need something urgently please contact us BEFORE ordering and we can let you know if it is possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly no, currently we only ship to UK addresses. There are a few reasons for this, the main one being Brexit related. We haven't yet found a way to make this work for both us and customers so until we can find a solution we have suspended International Shipping.
How do I send the image(s) to you?
Please send all images via email, AFTER PURCHASING, quoting your order number so we can match it up. If they are required to be in a certain order, please rename your images: Image 1, Image 2 etc. The email address is: email@example.com
Can I make it personalised to a specific person and not the person advertised?
Of course! The products that can be personalised are completely personalisable and can say anything you wish on them, you're not limited in anyway.
Can I get this for a different event or gender that you advertise it for?
Again, of course, most of our products are only event or gender specific for SEO purposes so can be changed to fit your exact needs. This means they are great for those hard-to-buy-for people in your life!
Is there a character limit for your products?
Most of the time no, but if you have a specific request please get in touch and we can double check for you.
Can I get something bespoke? (E.g. colour change or font change)
Yes of course, just drop us an email with what you require and we can discuss ideas!
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
We LOVE making bulk or corporate orders, so yes of course! Please email us first though so we can make sure everything is available for you and we can process it in time for you.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Unfortunately we cannot offer gift wrap on products. However most of our products do come wrapped in our branded tissue paper.
The colour options I want to select aren't shown in the product images, can I see what it will look like before ordering?
Yes, of course. We are more than happy to send over a 'proof(s)' if you want to see if the colour choices work together. Please note we won't include any personalisation on these, they will be purely to show colour options. These will also be a digital version so colours may vary slightly in the final product.
