Fabulous service

I ordered a card and when it arrived it did not have on it what I THOUGHT I'd ordered. When I contacted Gemma, she confirmed that she had supplied what I had ordered. She did however, offer to do a new card for me with the correct text and did so free of charge. The new one is perfect and just what I wanted. I will definitely use Gemma again. Next time though, I will double check before I place the order. Thanks again Gemma for such great service
